Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required via bank transfer within 7 days from the date of reservation.

The remaining balance can be paid:

• Upon arrival, in cash or by credit card
• Or via bank transfer, to be completed before check-in

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Check-in & Check-out

All guests will be asked to present valid ID documents upon check-in.
Online check-in is also available before arrival.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
  Early or late check-in/out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

The apartment cannot be occupied by more guests than the number stated in the booking.

Tourist Tax

A tourist tax of €1.20 per night per guest over the age of 12 will be applied at check-in, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Additional Services

• Pets: all dogs are welcome, with an additional fee.
• Baby cots: available upon request, subject to availability.
• Laundry: a coin washing machine is available for guest use at any time.
